1. Who we are

2. Using this site

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own use, or to evaluate us as a potential supplier. You may not republish our material commercially, copy it into a competing offering, or use it in a way that misrepresents your relationship with us.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the server it runs on, submit anything containing malicious code, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited marketing.

3. Enquiries and quotations

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting the quote request form starts a conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve capacity or oblige us to take on the work.

Any figure we give you in response is an estimate based on the information you provide. It becomes binding only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by both of us.

You confirm that you are entitled to send us any drawing or document you attach, and that doing so does not breach a confidentiality obligation you owe to someone else.

4. Our content

The text, images, drawings, layout and branding on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Project images and figures on this site illustrate completed work. They are indicative, may be simplified or anonymised to respect client confidentiality, and are not a specification. Nothing here is engineering advice, and you should not act on it without a written engagement covering your specific project.

5. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for convenience. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from reliance on anything published on it.

If you are dealing with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
